Thank you for your interest in one of these FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative member positions. In order to submit your nomination, first select your state and county. Depending on your district, you will then have the option to nominate someone for either a delegate, board of director or Districting & Resolutions (D&R) committee position. All districts are open for delegate nominations on an annual basis. However, only districts 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are open for new elections for the D&R Committee, and only districts 6, 7 and 8 are open for new elections for the board this year.

Fill in the information on yourself or a member you would like to nominate. A confirmation email will be sent upon validation and receipt of the information provided. Nominations for more than one position or member will require the application section to be filled out again as nominations are received as single entry applications, or simply to follow up with an email notifying the candidate to be nominated for multiple leadership positions. Please contact the office with any question you may have, or to submit a nomination over the phone.

Nominations are due by October 1st.

Short Bio *

Share a brief bio about yourself. Tell fellow members a little bit about your family, farming operation and hobbies. Include your reasons about why you'd like to serve FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative in this position.

Example: My wife, Sandy, and I are the third generation on my family's farm in Mauston, Wisconsin. We have a son and a daughter, and both are active on our dairy farm. I am a member of the FFA Alumni and the county Farm Bureau board. I would like to serve as a director for FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative because I believe I would provide fair reasoning and make budget conscious decisions during the board's discussions.
