Dairy and crop farmers are invited to attend ARM Services Winter Ag Conference, being held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Stout Ale House (located at 1501 N. Broadway Street, Menomonie, WI 54751). The day-long conference opens for registration at 9:00 a.m., with the conference kicking off at 9:30 a.m. and running until 3:30 p.m. This event is free for farmers, and includes lunch.

Damian Mason, Professional Speaker on Business and Agriculture
Since 1994, Damian has spoken to over 2,400 audiences in all 50 states and 7 foreign countries. Damian studied Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. Damian is a member of the National Speakers Association. He is one of only 17% of NSA members worldwide to hold the Certified Speaking Professional designation. When he’s not traveling for work, Damian can be found on his Indiana farm with his wife Lori.
William Tierney, PhD; Chief Economist for AgResources Company
Bill has over 32 years of experience working as a leading agricultural economist, primarily as a global crop market analyst. Bill has been the USDA’s principal Grains Economist, Professor in the Department of Ag Economics at Kansas State University, Executive VP for Research at a commodity brokerage firm, Head of North American Research for LMC International, Senior Ag Analyst for Black River Asset Management – a commodity hedge fund operated by Cargill. Bill is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Missouri.
Eric Snodgrass, Principal Atmospheric Scientist for Nutrien Ag Solutions
Eric develops predictive, analytical software solutions to manage weather risk for global production agriculture. He provides frequent weather updates that focus on how high-impact weather events influence global agriculture productivity. His current research uses machine learning to better understand field-level weather impacts on yields in the US and to increase confidence in long-range weather prediction. He presents his research as a featured speaker at over 50 conferences annually where he provides logistical guidance and solutions to weather sensitive industries.
